Longmont Physical Therapy accepts all insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid. We are preferred providers with all insurance companies with the exception of Aetna.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance claims for each visit. The fees we charge for services are based on the procedures performed. Your policy may base its allowance on a fixed fee schedule which may or may not coincide with our fees.

You should be aware that different insurance companies and healthcare plans vary greatly in the types of available coverage. If you have any questions regarding your physical therapy coverage, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly.
